The last European success dates back to 2011, when FC Porto won the Europe League Final 1-0 against the Portugese club SC Braga.
Estádio do Dragão in Porto
The Estádio do Dragão is the home stadium of the Portuguese football club FC Porto. The FC Porto football stadium has been given the name Dragon Stadium, which is the English translation. The Estádio do Dragão can accommodate more than 50,000 visitors and was opened on November 16, 2003. In the opening match, FC Porto managed to win 2-0 against FC Barcelona. In that match, iconic footballer Lionel Messi played his first minutes for the Catalan football club. In 2021, the UEFA Champions League final was played at the Estádio do Dragão.
